About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Trainee who is passionate about designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of UI/UX principles and hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.

Key Responsibilities

● Create user-friendly and visually appealing UI designs for web and mobile applications.

● Convert business requirements and ideas into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.

● Create responsive designs for different screen sizes and devices.

● Develop prototypes and interactive design concepts using Figma or similar tools.

● Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

● Maintain consistency in design, typography, colors, spacing, and UI components.

● Conduct basic user research and understand user requirements.

● Review existing interfaces and suggest improvements for usability and user experience.

● Stay updated with current UI/UX design trends and best practices.

Required Skills





● Good understanding of UI/UX design principles.

● Hands-on knowledge of Figma is preferred.

● Basic knowledge of Adobe XD, Photoshop, or similar design tools.

● Understanding of wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and design systems.

● Basic understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.

● Good understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy.

● Strong attention to detail and design consistency.

● Good communication and teamwork skills.

● Ability to understand requirements and convert them into effective designs.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

● Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.

● Understanding of web and mobile application design patterns.

● Experience creating design prototypes and interactive components.

● Basic understanding of usability and accessibility.

● Knowledge of design systems and reusable UI components.

● A portfolio of academic, personal, or internship UI/UX projects.
