About The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated UI/UX Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the user experience and interface design of our cutting-edge AI-powered Talent Intelligence platform. Unlike routine internships, this position involves meaningful responsibilities that directly impact our product development and customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with founders, product leaders, engineers, customers, and business stakeholders to craft intuitive workflows, user journeys, dashboards, customer portals, and AI-enabled product experiences.

From day one, you will gain valuable exposure to the entire product lifecycle, including research, design, testing,



and iterative improvements based on customer feedback and product analytics. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about understanding user behavior, solving complex problems, and creating engaging, user-centric designs that deliver tangible value. You will have the opportunity to own projects, contribute to design decisions, and see your work implemented in a product used by a global customer base.

Qualifications

- Final-year students, recent graduates, or early-career professionals with a strong interest in UI/UX, product design, or customer experience.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant projects, personal work, freelance assignments, hackathons, academic projects, or startup experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong visual communication skills, attention to detail, and a user-centric mindset.
- Curiosity about user behavior, product experiences, and design thinking methodologies.
- Interest in technology, AI, SaaS products, startups, and digital innovation.
- Ability to receive feedback constructively and iterate designs quickly.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive attitude towards learning and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

- Design intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces for web applications, dashboards, customer portals, and platform workflows.




- Develop user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to support new features and product enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with founders, product teams, engineers, and users to understand business needs and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, competitive analysis, and feedback reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Enhance customer journeys and optimize user experiences across multiple touchpoints.
- Create workflows and experiences that simplify complex interactions, making them accessible and engaging.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the platform’s design system, visual language, and UX standards.
- Work with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain consistency across the platform.
- Develop and maintain reusable UI components and design patterns for efficiency and scalability.
- Analyze user engagement data and feedback to inform ongoing design improvements.
- Participate in product discussions, design reviews, and feature planning sessions to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Support product demonstrations and communicate design decisions effectively during customer feedback sessions.
