About GRL

GRL is looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, modern, and visually engaging digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

You will work closely with product, development, and business teams to understand requirements,

convert ideas into user-friendly designs, and ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive and engaging web and mobile user interfaces.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into effective UX solutions.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability analysis where required.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Develop and maintain reusable design systems, UI components, and style guides.
- Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Work with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide design

solutions.
- Review implemented designs and identify UI/UX improvements.
- Ensure consistency in typography, colors, spacing, icons, layouts, and overall visual language.
- Incorporate user feedback and usability findings into design iterations.
- Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, design tools, and best practices.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Hands-on experience with Figma.

- Good understanding of responsive web and mobile design.
- Knowledge of usability, accessibility, information architecture,



and interaction design.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, grids, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly.
- Good collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts will be an advantage.

Good to Have
- Experience designing SaaS/product-based applications.
- Experience with mobile application design for Android/iOS.
- Knowledge of design handoff and developer collaboration.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
- Basic knowledge of UX research and usability testing.
- Experience creating or maintaining a design system.
- Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, FigJam, Miro, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of AI-assisted design tools is a plus.

- Has a solid portfolio demonstrating real-world UI/UX work.

Education Bachelor's degree/diploma in Design, UI/UX, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant UI/UX design experience.

Freshers with an exceptional portfolio and strong practical knowledge may also be considered.
