I-NEXT ETS Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a talented, creative, confident, and energetic UGC Creator and Video Content Creator who loves being in front of the camera and creating engaging digital content.

We are looking for someone who can independently plan, write, shoot, and create attractive real-time video content for our company, clients, mobile applications, products, and services.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy acting, presenting, storytelling, creating Instagram Reels, shooting promotional videos, and experimenting with trending content formats.

1. Key Roles & Responsibilities

A. UGC Video Creation & On-Camera Presentation

- Create authentic, engaging and relatable user-generated content videos.
- Present products, services, mobile apps and business solutions in a natural and confident manner.
- Record promotional videos, app demonstrations, customer-style testimonials and brand stories.
- Deliver scripts with clear pronunciation, expressions, energy and appropriate body language.

B. Content Writing & Script Development
- Write attractive hooks for the first 3 seconds of every video.
- Develop 15-second, 30-second, 60-second and long-form video scripts.
- Create Hindi, English and Hinglish content according to the target audience.
- Write promotional dialogues, captions, calls to action, video titles and creative concepts.
- Research trending topics, viral reels and competitor content to generate fresh ideas.

C. Video Editing & Post-Production
- Edit short-form videos using CapCut, VN, Canva, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
- Add subtitles, text overlays, background music, transitions, effects and sound effects.
- Create attractive video thumbnails and opening frames.
- Deliver high-quality vertical videos in 9:16 format for Reels, Shorts and advertisements.
- Review the final output for audio clarity, visual quality, spelling and branding.

Real-Time & On-Location Content Shooting
- Shoot real-time videos at offices, venues, events, client locations and business premises.
- Create venue walkthroughs, app tutorials, product demonstrations and behind-the-scenes videos.
- Conduct interviews, capture testimonials and collaborate with influencers or UGC creators.
- Participate in occasional outdoor shoots, promotional campaigns and client visits as required.

1. Brands & Projects You Will Work On

The selected candidate will create content for I-NEXT ETS and its client projects, including:

Venue booking app promotions, venue owner registration, banquet halls, marriage gardens, farmhouses, conference halls and app download campaigns.

PRL Healthcare – Injection App

Healthcare service awareness, app demonstrations, home healthcare service promotions and informational videos, subject to approved medical content.

Mera Ghar Sansaar (MGSA)

Home service videos, service provider promotions, customer awareness and app registration campaigns.

I-NEXT ETS & Other Client Brands

Website and app promotions, digital marketing services, brand awareness campaigns, client testimonials, lead generation ads and social media content.

- Candidates should be comfortable creating content for different industries and audiences.

1. Salary & Incentive Structure

Fresher / Junior Creator Based on camera confidence, creativity and basic editing skills

₹20K–30K

Experienced Creator

Strong portfolio, independent shooting, writing and editing

₹30K–40K

Senior / Multi-Skilled Creator

Advanced content production, campaign execution and creative ownership

₹40K–50K

Additional performance-based incentives for content quality, campaign performance and assigned targets.

Final compensation will depend on experience, portfolio, practical skills and interview performance.5. Performance Expectations The selected candidate will work with the content and digital marketing team on:

- Weekly content planning and video production schedules.
- Preparing scripts and concepts for approval before shooting.
- Timely delivery of edited videos and source footage as required.
- Maintaining consistent video quality and brand guidelines.
- Supporting social media campaigns, app downloads, registrations and lead generation.
- Reviewing video performance, audience engagement, views and campaign feedback to improve future content.

1. Interview & Selection Process

- Resume & Portfolio Screening – Share your resume and previous reels or video samples.
- Camera Confidence Round – Introduce yourself and present a short promotional script.
- Practical Assignment – Create a short UGC-style promotional video using a provided brief.
- Final Interview – Discussion of salary, skills, availability and joining date.
