Role: QA Tester - Marketing Cloud

Description

Validate end-to-end business workflows across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure high-quality delivery of enterprise marketing and data solutions.

Responsibilities

- Design and execute end-to-end test cases for Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud workflows
- Perform manual test execution aligned with release roadmap and on-demand testing needs
- Document, review, and ensure traceability of test cases and test results
- Report & Track defects, support root-cause analysis, and assist in troubleshooting across environments
- Identify and report issues related to data quality, users, integrations, and environments




- Participate in regular QA syncs, Agile ceremonies, and reviews under QTS QA Manager supervision
- Support UAT based on release timelines

Requirements

- Strong experience in manual testing for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Data Cloud platforms
- Hands-on experience in API Testing
- Good understanding of campaign workflows, customer segmentation, data ingestion, and data validation
- Experience with requirement, test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, HP ALM & Octane)
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Solid communication, collaboration, and stakeholder coordination skills
