Role Description The Travel Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Pune (Dhole Patil Road) City, responsible for managing and coordinating travel services for clients and partners. On a day-to-day basis, this role includes handling travel inquiries, planning itineraries, booking transportation and accommodations, and ensuring accurate and timely travel arrangements.

The Travel





Specialist will communicate with international operators, local vendors, and travelers to confirm bookings, resolve issues, and provide high-quality customer service. The role also involves maintaining travel records, assisting with business travel requirements, and supporting the broader travel management operations of the company.

- To coordinate with clients & agencies for Tour Packages, hotel booking.
- Processing hotel booking.
- Will have to maintain record of hotel ,flights and client based
- Liaising with agents in person, over the phone or via email to discuss their travel requirements.
- Making and confirming bookings with ground suppliers
- Issuing relevant documents time wise itinerary, meal charts & vouchers
- Researching destinations and keeping up to date with travel industry news.
