We Are Hiring for Vendor Support International Process

Location: Pune

Openings: 800 Plus

Eligibility Criteria

Graduates and Undergraduates can apply

Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Process is mandatory

Experience in a payment related process will be highly preferred

Good English communication and basic computer skills are required

Key Responsibilities

Handle Vendor queries through voice and chat support

Assist sellers with queries related to orders, payments, refunds, returns, account related issues, and product listings

Understand Vendor concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions

Troubleshoot issues by following defined process guidelines and standard operating procedures

Maintain accurate records of customer and seller interactions in the CRM





Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team as per the escalation matrix

Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality

Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer service targets

Handle international sellers professionally while maintaining effective communication

Salary and Benefits

CTC up to 35000 per month

Working Days 5.5 days per week

Shifts Rotational shifts for both male and female candidates

Week Off Rotational
