Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage and supervise Finance & Accounts operations.

• Review accounting, ledgers, fund planning, working-capital requirement, bank reconciliation, receivables and payables.

• Review controls over sales, purchases, inventory, cash, banking and expenses.

• Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax and other applicable statutory compliances.

• Coordinate Statutory, Tax and Internal Audits.

• Prepare monthly financial statements and Management MIS.

• Monitor sales, gross margin, expenses, profitability and working capital.

• Prepare cashflow and payment planning reports.

• Monitor customer/party outstanding and ageing.

• Strengthen internal financial controls and identify process gaps/leakages.

• Daily/weekly/monthly financial & business MIS for Management.

• Financial analysis and inputs to Management for expansion, pricing, dealer profitability and business decisions
