We are hiring Sales Staff (In-Shop) for a reputed fashion retail showroom in Jagat Farm, Greater Noida.

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with product selection and provide a positive shopping experience.
- Handle sales of Sarees, Kurtis, Unstitched Suits and Kids Wear.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
- Explain product details, pricing and available options.
- Maintain proper product display and ensure the sales area is well maintained.
- Handle customer queries and support day-to-day showroom sales.
- Work towards achieving sales targets.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in retail, showroom or fashion sales preferred.
- Experience in ethnic wear, sarees, kurtis, garments or fashion retail will be preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a customer-facing showroom role.

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM

Weekly Off: Monday

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000/month + incentives up to 1%
