Role Description based in Indore > Pithampur Industrial Sector. This role is responsible for managing the full sales cycle, including identifying prospects, building relationships with existing and new customers, and presenting precision machining solutions that meet client needs. The Sales Manager will prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines, and coordinate closely with production and quality teams to ensure feasible and timely delivery commitments. Daily tasks include monitoring sales pipelines, tracking key performance metrics, preparing sales reports, and contributing to sales forecasts and planning.



The role also involves visiting customer sites when required, gathering market intelligence, and supporting initiatives to expand the company’s presence in target industries,It's less of a desk Job and more of a customer facing/interacting role where you get to make connections with the leading companies in the industry.
Qualifications
Proven experience in industrial or manufacturing sales, preferably in precision machining or related engineering services.
Strong skills in customer relationship management, negotiation, and contract handling.
Ability to understand technical drawings, specifications, and basic manufacturing processes is highly beneficial.
Competence in sales reporting, pipeline management, and use of CRM or similar sales tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical offerings in clear business terms.
Demonstrated skills in planning, time management, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field ; equivalent relevant experience can be considered.
Comfort with in office work in Indore and willingness to travel locally or regionally to meet clients as needed.
