- Handle customer inquiries for domestic and international travel packages.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel packages.
- Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with the Operations, Visa, and other internal teams.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
- Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat/referral business.
- Meet individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and bookings.
- Stay updated on destinations, travel products,
and market trends.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Travel Sales / Holiday Sales / Travel Consultancy.
- Experience in handling domestic and/or international holiday packages.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with good follow-up ability.
- Good destination knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of MS Office and travel booking systems is preferred.
