URGENT HIRING – TRAVEL SALES CONSULTANT

Position: Travel Sales Consultant

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries regarding domestic and international travel packages.
- Explain and recommend holiday packages based on customers' budgets, preferences, and travel requirements.
- Provide detailed information about destinations, itineraries, hotels, sightseeing, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare customized holiday packages and travel itineraries for clients.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other travel partners.
- Assist customers with bookings, reservations, cancellations, and travel-related documentation.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and booking details.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on popular travel destinations, holiday packages, seasonal offers, and tourism trends.

Candidate Requirements




- Graduate in any discipline; a qualification in Travel and Tourism will be preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in travel sales, holiday package sales, or a similar role.
- Practical knowledge of domestic and international holiday packages is mandatory.
- Good understanding of travel destinations, itineraries, hotels, and tourism services.
- Experience in customer handling, lead follow-ups, and sales conversion.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Ability to prepare customized travel packages according to customer requirements.
- Positive coordination and relationship management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
