With a focus on customized itineraries, Plan Journeys aims to optimize travel costs while maintaining comfort and efficiency. Consultant support is provided throughout the travel cycle to ensure smooth planning, booking, and post-travel assistance for customers.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant – Tamilnadu, based in Noida.

The Travel

Consultant will handle end-to-end travel arrangements for clients, including domestic and international ticketing, hotel bookings, and itinerary planning with a focus on travel to and from Tamilnadu. The role involves advising customers on travel options, fares, routes, and schedules, and using reservation systems to issue, modify, and cancel bookings. The consultant will provide responsive customer service, resolve travel-related queries, coordinate with airlines and hotels,



and ensure all bookings comply with client policies and budget guidelines. Daily tasks also include maintaining accurate records of bookings, following up on payments and documentation, and supporting team members to deliver seamless corporate travel experiences.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management.
- Candidates should possess solid experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, including handling queries and resolving issues.
- Candidates should possess good communication skills in English; knowledge of Tamil is highly beneficial.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple itineraries.
- Relevant experience in corporate travel or agency operations, especially in Indian and international sectors, is an advantage.
- A diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
