Role Description The Travel Consultant – International role is a full-time, on-site position based in Greater Noida. The role involves designing and managing international travel itineraries for clients traveling to Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, and other destinations as required. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inquiries, advising clients on travel options, preparing quotations, and coordinating reservations for flights, hotels, transfers, and sightseeing.

The Travel

Consultant will also manage booking changes, cancellations, and special requests, while providing timely, clear communication and high-quality customer service throughout the travel cycle.



Collaboration with internal teams and external partners is expected to ensure accurate documentation, adherence to company policies, and delivery of a seamless travel experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and the ability to advise on international destinations and itineraries.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Management, including coordinating end-to-end travel services and handling itinerary changes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements, with experience organizing flights, hotels, transfers, and activities.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, including clear communication and problem-solving with travelers and partners.
- Candidates should possess skills in Reservations, including using booking systems or GDS and maintaining accurate records.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field are beneficial.
- Prior experience in an international travel agency or destination management company is preferred.
- Proficiency in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Compensation

₹20,000–₹30,000 per month + performance incentives. Competitive package based on experience, skills and performance.
