Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Agent role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, working primarily on the night shift.

The Travel

Agent will handle customer inquiries, advise on travel options, and create complete travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and other services. Day-to-day responsibilities include processing reservations, managing ticketing and booking changes, and ensuring accurate travel documentation. The role also requires providing responsive customer service, resolving issues or disruptions, and coordinating with suppliers such as airlines, hotels, and car rental providers.

The Travel





Agent will contribute to sales targets by recommending suitable packages, offering add-on services, and maintaining detailed records in reservation and booking systems.

Qualifications

- Strong reservations skills, including experience using booking and GDS or travel reservation systems.
- Customer service expertise with the ability to handle night shift inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a professional, empathetic approach.
- Experience coordinating travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, and car rental services.
- Sales abilities to promote travel packages, upgrades, and add-on services while meeting performance targets.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English; additional local or international languages are an advantage.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong organizational skills for managing multiple bookings.
- Ability to work on-site during night shifts, maintaining reliability and time management.
- Prior experience in a travel agency or hospitality workplace is preferred; a diploma or degree in Travel, Tourism, or a related field is beneficial.
