Role Description The Transport Manager, Deployment, Tracking is responsible for overseeing daily transport operations, ensuring effective deployment and real-time tracking of vehicles and drivers. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad involves planning routes, scheduling trips, and coordinating with clients and internal teams to meet service commitments. The role includes monitoring fleet performance, resolving operational issues, and maintaining high standards of safety, punctuality, and service quality.

The Transport

Manager will also analyze transport data, optimize resource utilization, and implement process improvements to support reliable and cost-effective employee and corporate transportation.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong transport operations and fleet management skills, including route planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Candidates should possess experience in deployment and tracking systems, such as GPS-based monitoring, transport software tools, and real-time reporting.
- Candidates should possess skills in stakeholder coordination and customer service, including effective communication with clients, drivers, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in problem-solving, incident management, and decision-making under time-sensitive conditions.
- Candidates should possess basic data analysis and documentation skills for tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in logistics, transport management, business administration, or a related field are beneficial.
- Prior experience in employee transportation, corporate mobility, or commercial fleet operations in an urban environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of local routes in and around Hyderabad, traffic regulations, and transport compliance requirements is an added advantage.
