Qualification

- BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in transformer manufacturing preferred.

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise transformer manufacturing, assembly and production activities.
- Perform transformer testing, including HV, LV, IR, winding resistance and ratio tests.
- Inspect transformer winding, core assembly and electrical connections.
- Read and understand electrical drawings and technical specifications.
- Ensure quality control during transformer manufacturing.
- Identify and troubleshoot electrical faults.
- Coordinate with production, quality and maintenance departments.
- Prepare daily production reports,



testing reports and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety and quality standards.
- Support transformer installation and commissioning when required.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of distribution and power transformers.
- Understanding of transformer testing and electrical safety.
- Knowledge of IS 2026 / IEC 60076 standards. Annexure-I+1
- Ability to read electrical drawings.
- Problem-solving and team coordination skills.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred Salary: As per experience and interview
