Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead transition planning and governance across multiple vendor and service transition waves.

- Drive knowledge transfer, readiness validation, cutover coordination, hypercare, and operational handover activities.

- Manage vendor execution against transition milestones, dependencies, risks, and escalation paths.

- Coordinate with business and function stakeholders to maintain alignment on transition scope and readiness.

- Ensure transition deliverables are completed with controlled handover into steady-state operations.

Skills Required:

- 8 to 15 years of relevant experience in transition management, PMO, or vendor overnance.





- Solid experience in vendor management, transition governance, and structured service handovers.

- Ability to manage transition plans, readiness checkpoints, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.

- Experience driving large-scale transitions with attention to budget, timelines, and operational continuity.

- Exposure to IT service environments, AMS transitions, and application or infrastructure handover processes.

Good to Have

- IT Infrastructure experience.

- Application Management experience.

Education

: B.Tech, B.Tech M.Tech (Dual), BCA, B.Sc., or B.Com.
