KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Drive Revenue, Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR & GOP
- Develop Sales & Revenue Growth strategies
- Generate business from Corporate, MICE, Weddings, Groups, Travel Trade & Leisure
- Build strong relationships with key clients and business partners
- Lead Sales & Marketing with clear targets and accountability




- Drive cost control, guest experience and overall profitability REQUIREMENTS
- 12–18 years of Hospitality experience
- Robust background in Hotel/Resort Sales, Revenue & Business Development
- Experience as GM / Resort Manager / DOS / DOSM preferred
- Strong Goa market network will be an advantage
