NHere's what you will do in this role: N● Work with stakeholders to solve customer problems and navigate product discovery Nstages while closely working with CX and product teams. N● Creating fantastic products by obsessing about the 'Why' and backing it up with a Nsolid understanding of user needs and behavior. N● Partner with Product Managers on research: shaping the questions, joining sessions, Nand turning findings intodesign decisions N● Executing visual designthat is not just polished, consistent and intuitive but at the Nsame time factors in delight. N● Use AI tooling to compress the distance from idea to artifact: moving from concept Nto a working, clickable prototype in days rather than weeks, so we test with real Nusers earliern● Rapidly explore ideas and complex interactions through prototypes and test your Nhypothesis with users using a variety of methodologies. N● Build and extend designsystems so patterns hold up across teams, engagements, Nand AI-generated implementations N● Comfortable navigating ambiguous or unfamiliar domains — able to research fast, Nask the right questions, and build a working understanding before a clear brief exists. NNice to have: N● Experience designing for data-dense enterprise environments (dashboards, Nworkflows, admin tooling).
