About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Identity and Access Management (IDAM) professional to design, implement, maintain, and continuously improve our enterprise identity, access, and security infrastructure. In this role, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) identity services, Single Sign-On (SSO), and related PaaS/SaaS integrations. You will play a critical part in protecting sensitive data, enabling secure access across cloud and hybrid environments, and ensuring our identity platforms remain highly available, performant, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and optimize Oracle Identity and Access Management solutions, with primary focus on Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) identity services.
- Maintain, patch, upgrade, and tune Oracle IDAM systems to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Establish, document, and enforce security policies, access controls, and identity governance standards to protect sensitive data and meet compliance requirements.
- Provide Tier-2/Tier-3 technical support and root-cause troubleshooting for Oracle IDAM, SSO, and related authentication/authorization issues.
- Collaborate closely with application, infrastructure, security, and development teams to integrate IDAM solutions with enterprise systems,



SaaS applications, and custom applications.
- Configure and administer Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Autonomous Database identity-related settings, Object Storage buckets, and Admin APIs as part of broader identity and integration workflows.
- Monitor the health, performance, and security posture of IDAM infrastructure; proactively identify risks and generate regular operational and compliance reports.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve best practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs), runbooks, and knowledge-base documentation for IDAM operations.
- Support SaaS administration tasks related to identity, access, and security configurations across the Oracle cloud ecosystem.

Required Skills & Experience

- Hands-on experience designing and operating Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) in PaaS environments.
- Strong working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including IAM policies, compartments, identity domains, and security best practices.
- Proven experience with Security & Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, federation, multi-factor authentication).
- Experience as a SaaS Administrator and/or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Administrator.




- Familiarity with Autonomous Database configuration (especially identity and network security aspects), Object Storage & Buckets, and Admin APIs.
- Solid understanding of identity governance, least-privilege principles, and enterprise security policies.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across IT, security, and business teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Oracle certifications related to IDCS, OCI, or Cloud Security.
- Experience with hybrid identity scenarios (on-premises Active Directory / LDAP federation with Oracle Cloud).
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA) as they relate to identity and access management.
- Scripting or automation experience (REST APIs, Python, Terraform, OCI CLI) for identity lifecycle management.
- Prior experience in large-scale enterprise or multi-cloud environments.
