Job Title: Non-Voice Process Executive (Email & Chat Support)

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Industry: BPO / Customer Support

Experience: 0 – 2 Years

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Educational Qualifications​ : Any Graduate (Any Stream)

Shift Timings: Rotational shifts

Work Days: 5 days a week

Key Responsibilities:





Handle customer queries via email and live chat platforms

Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions in a timely manner

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions

Required Skills:

Excellent written communication skills in English

Valuable comprehension and problem-solving ability

Basic knowledge of MS Office tools and web-based systems

Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
