We are hiring a Charge and Demo Executive for our Medical Billing team. The role involves handling patient billing information, ensuring accurate charge entry, and preparing medical records for processing. The candidate will verify and validate medical data, update billing software with correct patient information, and coordinate with healthcare staff to ensure accurate documentation. Attention to detail, knowledge of medical terminology, and basic understanding of billing software are essential for this role. The position requires effective communication skills, the ability to work in a team, and a focus on maintaining data accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:





Enter and verify patient charges and billing information accurately.

Prepare demo or sample medical billing reports for review.

Maintain proper records of patient data and treatment details.

Coordinate with healthcare providers and billing team for clarifications.

Ensure compliance with hospital and statutory regulations.

Assist in reporting and audit preparation when required.

Qualifications and Skills:

12th Pass / Any Graduate.

Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare billing.

Familiarity with billing software is a plus.
