Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled MS Dynamics CRM Developer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Power Platform, and Microsoft technologies to deliver scalable and high-quality business solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, customize, and implement solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement. Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflows, business rules, and custom actions. Build integrations between Dynamics 365 and external applications using REST APIs, Web APIs, Azure Services, and middleware platforms. Configure forms, views, dashboards, security roles, and business process flows. Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. Create and maintain Power Automate flows and Power Apps solutions. Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities. Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Follow best practices for coding, security, performance optimization, and documentation. Required Skills 3 to 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE development. Strong knowledge of: Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules. C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core. Plugins, Custom Workflows, Custom Actions, and Ribbon Customizations. JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS. Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). Web API, REST API, OData, SOAP services. Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure Integration Services.



SQL Server and data migration techniques. Experience with source control tools such as Azure DevOps or Git. Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Preferred Skills Experience with Dataverse and Model-Driven Apps. Knowledge of PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) controls. Experience in Dynamics 365 integrations with ERP, SharePoint, and third-party applications. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications are preferred. Educational Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
