Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and technical consultants to deliver PLM solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.Conduct workshops and business process mapping sessions.Configure and support 3DEXPERIENCE applications, primarily ENOVIA modules.Translate business requirements into functional specifications.Manage product lifecycle management (PLM) processes within 3DX.Configure workflows, routes, lifecycles, and access controls.Support data migration, testing, deployment, and user acceptance testing (UAT).Coordinate with technical teams for customizations and integrations.Create training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.Provide post-go-live support and process improvements.Prepare project documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.

Skill Requirements

Strong understanding of PLM concepts and product development processes.Hands-on experience with 3DEXPERIENCE platform.Knowledge of ENOVIA modules such as:

- Engineering Release
- Change Management
- Document Management
- Product Structure Management
- Project & Portfolio Management

Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.Understanding of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Other Requirements

Experience in Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial Equipment, or Manufacturing domains.Knowledge of CATIA, DELMIA, or SIMULIA integration.Understanding of data migration and system integration concepts.Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.3DEXPERIENCE certification is an added advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
