Job Summary
The Allegro Consultant will be responsible for running Business-as-Usual, work on support projects helping business users with day-to-day issues and providing solutions to incidents / requests. Work on change requests with development efforts of 40 to 60 hours. Manage monthly Releases along with working on major incidents and Disaster Recovery. The role requires strong technical expertise in oil and gas industry processes, integration with SAP modules, and experience working in large-scale transformation programs.

- Manage end-to-end Allegro Support project. Configure and support Allegro v8 and Horizon
- Manage Incidents / Change Requests and support Business-as-Usual
- Act as a senior technical architect for Allegro solution design, customizations, and integration
- Oversea a team of developers; mentor junior staff and enforce best practices
- Ensure seamless integration with different SAP modules, ZEMA, ICE, CME, TT etc.
- Engage with key business users to gather technical requirements, define roadmaps, and ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives
- Prepare technical specifications, configuration documents, and test scripts
- Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and external vendors
Skill Requirements
Core Allegro Skills (Must-Have)
- Experience with .Net (C#), SQL and Allegro's proprietary extensions environment (e.g., Class Events) in the energy and/or financial sectors
- Solid SQL skills with good understanding of Data Models and Visual Models in Allegro
- In depth understanding of trade lifecycle management, risk management, and front-to-back ETRM processes
- Experience integrating Allegro with upstream / downstream systems (e.g., SAP, market data feeds e.g., ZEMA, exchanges e.g., ICE, CME)
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems with relentless passion.
- Experience with Crude Oil, Refined Products and Renewables
- Sound understanding of Deployment Management and Disaster Recovery
- Previous experience of working on Support Projects is a must with hand-on experience with ServiceNow ticketing tool
- The ability to take ownership and deliver results in challenging, client-facing environments.
- Experience in a professional services consultancy (could be a software house/vendor, consultancy), whether Big 4/tier one consultancy or boutique IT consultancy.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Good understanding of BizTalk along with SAP and ZEMA integrations is a plus
- Good understanding and ability to adapt to key roles across the Software Development Life Cycle
- Experience working on AWS/Azure Cloud Platforms
Other Requirements
1.Relevant certifications in .net, asp.net, C#, sql server technologies are a plus.
