Our eFX Trading Platform is the backbone of our business, supporting real-time pricing, market making, algorithmic trading, auto-hedging, and risk management.Location: Mumbai (Onsite)Role overview:We're looking for a QA Capability Lead to own quality across the SDLC and into production. You will work in tight integration with development and operations - guiding and assisting implementation, testing, and the ongoing monitoring of quality in the wild. Quality is every developer's responsibility; your job is to keep thebig picture, embed consistent practice, and safeguard quality over time.This is a hands-on lead, not a manager-only one. You build the process, do the testing, and lift the wider team's practices as you go. You take personal ownership, work with autonomy, and are comfortable making judgement calls under uncertainty. You won't wait for work to be thrown over the fence - you're a stakeholder from requirements through to release and beyond.What You will Do:Own the QA lifecycle end-to-end: requirements analysis, test planning, execution, defect management, and reportingGrow QA capability across dev, and IT align on common tools and approaches so quality becomes everyone's practice,
