This role is accountable for building a high-performing global delivery organization, advancing ADM’s enterprise data strategy, and enabling the scaling of digital and AI-driven solutions across the business.The Director will serve as a critical bridge between global and regional teams, ensuring the GCC operates as both a delivery engine and a center of excellence for data, analytics, and AI enablement.Key Accountabilities:GCC Build & Organizational Leadership:Establish and scale the Data, Analytics & AI function within the GCC, aligned to ADM’s global strategyDefine the operating model, governance structure, and Ways of Working (WoW)Build and lead a high-performing team across data engineering, analytics, and AI enablementFoster a culture of collaboration, innovation,
