Position TitleVideo & Motion Graphics DesignerWork timing2:00 PM–11:00 PM (IST)LocationHyderabad/BengaluruRoles and ResponsibilityCollaborate with internal stakeholders and client account teams to create and deliver high-quality video and motion graphics assets for a range of platforms, including websites, mobile, social media, and digital advertisingTranslate briefs and scripts into effective visual concepts, storyboards, and motion design solutions that align with brand guidelines, audience needs, and campaign objectivesSupport the post-production process by editing video, creating motion graphics, refining sound, and applying visual effects to produce polished final deliverablesConvert raw footage into engaging content through editing, color correction, transitions, effects, and motion graphics integration, with a robust focus on storytelling and viewer engagementWork closely with marketing and communications teams to adapt and optimize video and motion assets for different channels and formats while maintaining visual consistencyContribute ideas during concept development and creative reviews by bringing awareness of current motion design trends, techniques, tools, and digital content formatsManage assigned deliverables independently, ensuring quality, accuracy,



and timely completion within established timelines and project requirementsThe successful candidate will possessAdvanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro/DaVinci ResolveWorking knowledge of Cinema 4D or similar 3D tools for incorporating 3D elements into motion design workExperience using industry-standard plugins and tools such as Maxon, Element 3D, and related creative extensions to enhance production qualityFamiliarity with AI-enabled creative tools to support ideation, workflow efficiency, and content productionStrong visual storytelling skills, with the ability to interpret briefs into clear, compelling motion contentGood understanding of pacing, composition, typography, transitions, and brand-led visual communicationAbility to balance creativity with delivery needs, timelines, and business requirementsStrong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, taking feedback, and incorporating revisions effectivelyQualifications required6–8 years of hands-on experience in video editing and motion graphicsBachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Film Production, Multimedia, or a related fieldStrong portfolio demonstrating high-quality video and motion graphics work across digital formatsExperience working in a fast-paced agency, studio, or in-house brand environment is preferred
