The role will involve advising on mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic investments, project acquisitions, and partnerships. The incumbent will lead legal due diligence, structure transactions, negotiate and finalize definitive agreements, and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. The position will also work closely with business, finance, tax,
