You will support the implementation of the Aadhaar enrolment and authentication ecosystem on the ground – troubleshooting failed jobs within SLAs, training users, supporting ecosystem partners, and coordinating with government departments and operations teams for post go-live field support.Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation of the Aadhaar enrolment process at the field levelTroubleshoot all failed jobs within agreed SLAsProvide technical support to users on both enrolment and authentication processesUnderstand and apply the Aadhaar Act and Regulations in day-to-day mattersDeliver training to different user groups on enrolment and authenticationHandle procurement of hardware and softwareSupport UIDAI ecosystem partners in adoption and roll-out of Aadhaar Authentication ServicesExtend in office support for project implementation at the ground levelProvide post go-live field support and issue resolution by liaising with government departments, application support and operations teamsOther tasks assigned by the UIDAI Regional Office from time to timeEligibilityEducation: BE / B.Tech / MCA / BCA / BBA / B.Sc (Computers) with Diploma in DOEACC / Systems Development / GNIIT or equivalentExperience: Minimum 2 years in managing IT software / hardware platform support, software applications, web development and user supportImplementation support experience in Government (e-Governance) and Financial Services programmes is an advantageWorking knowledge of Java, web services and RDBMS is an advantageStrong issue-resolution and reporting skillsAge: Below 50 yearsWorking ConditionsWillingness to travel in rural areas60–70% travel
