will be an added advantage.The position is particularly suited to an architect who wants to gain exposure to international architectural projects, BIM/Revit workflows, construction documentation, interior design, 3D visualization, and direct client coordinationKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop architectural plans, elevations, sections, details, and working drawings based on project requirements.Ability to draft and detail Architectural elements as per code compliance and standards Prepare accurate CAD drawings and construction documentation from conceptual designs, sketches, mark-ups, and client inputs.Assist in developing architectural projects from initial concept through detailed design and construction documentation.Prepare and revise architectural drawings based on feedback from senior architects, project managers, and clients. Maintain accuracy, consistency, and appropriate documentation standards across project deliverables.Prepare Revit construction drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and architectural details.Convert sketches, CAD drawings, reference drawings into Revit models or sketch up.Update models and drawings based on design revisions and client comments.Create high-quality 3D architectural models and visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts.Develop SketchUp 3D models based on architectural drawings, sketches, and design briefs.Prepare presentation-ready architectural and interior design visuals.Assist with material, finish, furniture, lighting, and spatial visualization where required.Review architectural drawings and designs for compliance with applicable building codes, planning regulations, accessibility requirements,
