Technology ManagementProvide technical direction across the company's technology functions.Review and guide technology architecture, solutions, tools, and processes.Work closely with technical teams on project planning and execution.Ensure technology decisions support business requirements and client needs.Identify new technologies that can improve efficiency, quality, and business growth.Review major technical challenges and support teams in resolving them.3.
