DescriptionThe Head – Assets will be responsible for building, scaling, and managing the entire asset franchise of the NBFC, including origination, credit, underwriting, portfolio management, and collections. The role will focus on creating a high-quality, profitable, and diversified loan book while maintaining robust asset quality and disciplined risk management.This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both execution and strategic business building.1. ExecutionDrive loan origination across SME, MSME, Corporate, Retail, and Loan Against Securities (LAS) segmentsBuild sourcing channels through OEMs, dealers, DSAs, channel partners, and direct client relationshipsLead the complete credit lifecycle: customer acquisition, appraisal, underwriting, documentation, disbursement, and post-disbursement monitoringOwn portfolio performance, including disbursements, yield, collections, PAR, NPAs,



and recoveriesWork closely with Operations, Legal, and Collections teams to ensure efficient execution and customer servicing2. Strategy: Build the Asset Franchise (0 → Scale)Develop the end-to-end asset growth strategy aligned with the NBFC's business expansion plansDesign scalable lending products and identify high-potential customer segments and industry verticalsEstablish robust credit policies, underwriting standards, pricing frameworks, and risk scorecardsBuild a repeatable and data-driven origination engine with strong governance and portfolio analyticsSupport the NBFC's evolution from a single-product lending platform to a diversified multi-product asset business
