- Own the complete P&L; and overall business performance
- Develop and execute strategies for profitable growth and market expansion
- Drive strategic relationships with leading automotive OEMs
- Identify and convert new business and platform opportunities
- Lead senior teams across Engineering, Program Management, Manufacturing and Quality
- Drive operational excellence, productivity, cost optimization and quality
- Lead new product development and program execution from RFQ to SOP
- Strengthen organizational capability, leadership development and succession planning
- Partner closely with the Vertical CEO and senior leadership team on strategic priorities and governanceIdeal Leadership Profile




- 18–22 years of experience in Automotive / Auto Components
- Proven track record of P&L; ownership and business leadership
- Experience managing and scaling a large-scale automotive business
- Strong exposure to automotive electronics / technology-driven businesses preferred
- Strong OEM relationships and customer-facing leadership experience
- Sound commercial and financial acumen
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, engineering and program management
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, complex, cross-functional organizations
