N nKey Responsibilities NCustomer Consultation & Design NWelcome and consult walk-in customers to understand their space, lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, and functional requirements. NRecommend furniture, décor, layouts, and styling solutions based on the customer‘s taste and budget. NCreate room layouts, furniture plans, and basic space designs to help customers visualize their interiors. NProvide end-to-end designguidance for residential spaces, including living rooms, bedrooms, dining areas, and more. NSpace PlanningnDevelop furniture placement plans that maximize functionality and visual appeal. NAssist customers in selecting the right materials, finishes, colours, and upholstery. NEnsure every recommendation aligns with the showroom‘s premium design standards. NClient Relationship Management NBuild strong relationships with customers through exceptional service and personalized consultations. NFollow up with clients regarding quotations, design proposals, and order updates.
NCoordinate with the salesand operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery. N✨ Showroom ExperiencenMaintain an elegant and inspiring showroom presentation. NStay updated with the latest interior design trends, luxury furniture styles, and home décor concepts. NContribute ideas to improve the customer experience and showroom aesthetics. N nRequirementsn✅Must Have NBachelor‘s degree or Diploma in Interior Design or a related field. NExperience in interior design, furniture retail, or luxury home décor is preferred. NStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach. NExcellent understanding of space planning, colour coordination, furniture styling, and interior aesthetics. NAbility to understand customer requirements and convert them into practical design solutions. NProficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D software, or similar applications is an advantage. NStrong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. NHighly organized with excellent attention to detail. N⭐ Preferred SkillsnExperience working in premium furniture or luxury retail showrooms. NKnowledge of furniture materials, finishes, upholstery, and home styling. NBasic understanding of residential interior planning and customer psychology.
