We are looking for a Transaction Processing skilled with 1-5 years of experience in the Banking, Financial Services, or Capital Markets domain. Candidates with knowledge of the US Stock Market and financial instruments will be preferred. The role involves processing and reviewing financial transactions and advisor-related activities while maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality, and turnaround time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process and validate Investment Banking and Capital Markets transactions.
- Perform day-to-day transaction processing activities related to Capital Markets.
- Process Advisor Service Benefits and Redemption of Security Benefits.
- Create, maintain, and update Advisor profiles.
- Manage and provide required system/application access.
- Review performance reconciliation reports and investigate discrepancies.
- Perform transaction validation, reconciliation, investigation, and exception handling.
- Maintain 100% accuracy in processing, as errors may have financial impact on clients and their customers.
- Participate in client calls, training sessions, and stakeholder discussions as required.
- Follow defined SOPs, quality standards, compliance requirements, and company policies.





Required Skills:

- Good understanding of Investment Banking and Capital Markets.
- Knowledge of Equities, Mutual Funds, and Fixed Income Securities.
- Strong analytical and investigation skills.
- Good understanding of transaction processing and reconciliation.
- Excellent MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of Excel Macros is preferred.
- Good email drafting and written communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer and stakeholder management skills.

Educational Qualification:

- 12+3 years of education is mandatory.
- Preferred qualifications: B.Com, BBA, BBM, MBA.
- Additional certification in Stock Market / Capital Markets will be an advantage.

Experience:

- 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in Banking Operations, Capital Markets, Transaction Processing, Financial Services
- Candidates with experience in the US Capital Markets / US Stock Market will be preferred.
