- Track learner attendance, progress,



engagement, and program outcomes.
- Partner with Students, Trainers Academy, IT Team, Technical Team, and CRM stakeholders to ensure smooth program execution.
- Maintain SOPs, dashboards, trackers, and operational workflows.
- Work with AI tools for processes, insights, and improving operational efficiency.
- Support reporting, learner communications, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
