Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the complete campus placement process.
- Build solid relationships with MNCs, corporates, HR Heads, and recruiters.
- Develop new corporate tie-ups and generate quality placement opportunities.
- Plan and execute campus drives, job fairs, interviews, and recruitment events.
- Achieve placement targets and improve offer-to-joining ratio.
- Manage placement MIS, recruiter database, reports, and analytics.
- Guide students on career opportunities, interviews, and employability skills.
- Lead and mentor the placement team.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing recruiters and ensure repeat hiring.
