The Trainer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering technical, operational, safety, customer-service, and property-management training programs for employees across construction and property management functions.
The role focuses on building employee capability, improving operational standards, ensuring compliance with SOPs, and developing a strong service and safety culture across construction sites, properties, and facilities.
Key Responsibilities1. Training Needs Analysis
- Identify training requirements across construction, property management, engineering, facilities, security, housekeeping, front office, and support functions.
- Conduct competency-gap assessments for employees and operational teams.
- Work with department heads and managers to identify skill gaps and performance-related training needs.
- Develop annual and monthly training calendars based on business requirements.
2. Construction Training
Develop and deliver training programs covering:
- Construction site safety
- Site operations and supervision
- Construction quality management
- Civil works and building construction basics
- MEP coordination
- Reading and understanding construction drawings
- Method statements and work procedures
- Project planning and scheduling
- Material management
- Contractor management
- Quality inspection and snag management
- Testing and commissioning
- Project handover procedures
- Permit-to-work systems
- Risk assessment and hazard identification
- Work-at-height safety
- Electrical and mechanical safety
- Emergency preparedness
3. Property & Facilities Management Training
Conduct training for property and facility teams on:
- Property management fundamentals
- Facility management operations
- Building operations
- MEP systems
- Preventive and corrective maintenance
- HVAC operations
- Electrical systems
- Plumbing and water systems
- Fire & life-safety systems
- BMS/CAFM/CMMS
- Energy management
- Asset management
- Vendor and contractor management
- Helpdesk and complaint management
- Tenant relationship management
- Property inspections
- Emergency response procedures
- SOP implementation
- Statutory compliance
4. Hospitality & Customer-Service Training For front office, facility ambassadors, property executives, and customer-facing teams:
- Hospitality standards

5. Training Content Development
- Develop training modules, presentations, manuals, SOPs, work instructions, and assessment materials.
- Prepare practical demonstrations, case studies, simulations, and role plays.
- Develop induction and onboarding programs for new employees.
- Create competency-based training programs for different job levels.
- Keep training content aligned with current operational requirements and industry practices.
6. Technical & Practical Training
- Conduct classroom and on-site training.
- Provide practical demonstrations of equipment, systems, processes, and safety procedures.
- Conduct toolbox talks and technical awareness sessions.
- Organize mock drills and emergency response training.
- Coach employees during actual workplace situations where appropriate.
- Evaluate whether employees can apply the learning in their operational environment.
7. Assessment & Certification
- Conduct pre-training and post-training assessments.
- Develop quizzes, written tests, practical assessments, and competency evaluations.
- Track employee training completion and assessment scores.
- Identify employees requiring additional coaching or retraining.
- Maintain training and certification records.
- Recommend competency certification where applicable.
8. Safety & Compliance Training
Deliver training related to
- Occupational health and safety
- Fire and life safety
- Emergency response
- First aid awareness
- Electrical safety
- PPE
- Permit to Work
- Lockout/Tagout
- Work at height
- Confined-space awareness
- Chemical and hazardous-material awareness
- Incident reporting
- Risk assessment

9. Management & Soft-Skills Training
Develop programs for supervisors and managers covering:
- Leadership
- Team management

- Conflict resolution

- Presentation skills
10. Training Effectiveness & Continuous Improvement
- Measure training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, observation, and operational KPIs.
- Conduct post-training follow-ups with managers.
- Identify whether training has resulted in measurable improvement.
- Analyze recurring operational issues and recommend training interventions.
- Update training programs based on feedback, incidents, audits, and changing business requirements.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
