Role Description The Trainer ML role is a full time position based in Aligarh, structured as a hybrid role that combines on-site work with some flexibility for working from home. The Trainer ML will design and deliver training programs on machine learning concepts, tools, and applications to diverse learner groups, including professionals, students, and partner organizations. Daily responsibilities include developing training curricula, preparing learning materials and case studies, conducting interactive sessions, and providing hands-on guidance on ML workflows and best practices.





The role involves assessing learner needs, evaluating training outcomes, and refining content to improve learning effectiveness and practical impact. The Trainer ML will also collaborate with internal teams and partners to align training modules with CSRBOX’s broader impact initiatives and technology-led development projects.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of machine learning fundamentals, algorithms, and practical applications, with experience using common ML frameworks and tools.
- Proficiency in data handling and analysis, including basic data preprocessing, exploratory analysis, and model evaluation techniques.
- Ability to design structured training content, create learning resources, and adapt complex technical topics for diverse audiences.
- Effective communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage group learning and provide individual mentoring.
- Experience delivering technical training, workshops, or academic instruction in ML, data science, or related areas is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with strong self-management, time management, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in social impact, inclusive development, and the use of technology and data for driving responsible, measurable change.
