Role & responsibilities We are looking for a Trainee Sales & Marketing to support the growth and development of our Monte Carlo Home business across Trade and Hospitality segments. The role involves market development, customer acquisition, sales execution, territory management and building long-term customer relationships.
Preferred candidate profile
- MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing.
- 02 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development or a related field.
- Solid communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
- Strong analytical and market research skills.
- Proactive, target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Freshers with a strong interest in Sales & Marketing may also apply.
