We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Trainee Producer - YouTube to join our digital media team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in video editing and be comfortable working in a night shift in a fast-paced media environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create and edit short video clips (chunks) from long-form news/content videos for YouTube.
2. Identify important, engaging, and relevant portions of videos for clipping.
3. Ensure chunks have a clear flow, context, and are suitable for digital audiences.
4.



Add basic elements such as titles, captions, or text overlays wherever required.
5. Coordinate with the Producer/Editorial team to understand content requirements and deadlines.
6. Ensure all edited clips are accurate, properly formatted, and ready for publishing on digital platforms.

Requirements:

1. 3–8 months of experience in video chunking, content editing, digital media, or a similar role.
2. Basic understanding of YouTube and digital video content.
3. Ability to identify newsworthy and engaging moments from longer videos.
4. Basic video editing skills; familiarity with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
5. Valuable understanding of video flow, timing, and storytelling.
6. Strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines.
7. Freshers with relevant knowledge/experience in video editing or digital content may also apply.
