Role & responsibilities
- Handle customer quiries related to products, services from US Clients
- Provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when required.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
- Record customer interactions and update relevant systems.
- Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-ups.
Preferred candidate profile
- Any Graduate or Under graduate (PUC Completed)
- Excellent/Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Flexibility for night shifts
