Designation: Trainee Engineer / Junior Engineer

Experience: 01 Year

Qualification: Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, ECE, or a related field

CTC Budget: 17,000 per month (CTC)

Key Responsibilities

- Perform PCB assembly and component mounting as per design requirements.
- Carry out soldering, de-soldering, and rework of electronic components using soldering iron and related tools.
- Maintain and manage the R&D; Store, including inventory of electronic components and development materials.
- Identify, sort, and handle electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, ICs, connectors, diodes, transistors, and relays.
- Support the R&D; team in prototype assembly, testing, and product development activities.
- Assist in basic PCB testing, troubleshooting, and hardware validation.




- Ensure proper handling and storage of sensitive electronic components following ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and protected R&D; work area.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of PCB assembly and electronic hardware.
- Hands-on experience with soldering iron, soldering, and de-soldering techniques.
- Good understanding of electronic components and their identification.
- Familiarity with basic electronic tools such as multimeters and power supplies is preferred.
- Ability to read component values and identify PCB layouts.
- Willingness to learn, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to supporting R&D; activities.
