? Location: Gurugram (Gurgaon), Haryana

? Experience: 1–6 Years

? Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month

? YOUR ROLEYou'll be responsible for sourcing the right vehicle at the best possible freight rate while ensuring smooth vehicle placement and operational coordination.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Source vehicles for FTL loads at competitive market rates

- Build and maintain relationships with fleet owners, transporters & broker vendors
- Negotiate freight and vehicle rates effectively
- Arrange vehicles across multiple categories, from LCVs to Trailers
- Ensure timely vehicle placement against customer requirements
- Coordinate with brokers, drivers, fleet owners,



and operations teams
- Handle shortages, cancellations, breakdowns & replacement vehicles
- Track vehicle movement, ETA, TAT & delivery status
- Maintain daily MIS for sourcing, placement & trips
- Expand the vendor network to improve vehicle availability
