Job Title: Trade Finance Executive – Fresher

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Experience: Fresher

Qualification: Any Graduate (B.Com, BAF, BBI, BMS preferred)

Salary: ₹13,000 (₹17,000 – ₹19,000 CTC)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Shift Timing: General Shift

Job Responsibilities

- Process Trade Finance transactions and related documentation.
- Handle Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), Import & Export transactions, and Documentary Collections.
- Verify trade documents and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain transaction records, MIS reports, and operational trackers.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for smooth transaction processing.
- Follow up on pending cases and ensure closure within defined TATs.
- Ensure compliance with banking guidelines, policies, and operational procedures.
- Support day-to-day Trade Finance Operations activities. Trade finance operations commonly involve handling LCs, BGs, collections, document scrutiny, and transaction processing.

Required Skills




- Basic knowledge of Banking and Trade Finance concepts.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a process-driven environment.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Banking, Economics, or any related discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of Import/Export documentation will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred. Entry-level trade finance roles typically seek graduates with basic banking knowledge, Excel skills, and attention to detail.
