ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring GTM Leads to own one such market end to end figure out what needs to change, run experiments, work with sales on execution, and get the numbers where they need to be.

This is a hands-on role — you will be on sales calls, writing pitch drafts, and running experiments yourself.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own the strategic direction of one GTM — what to sell, to whom, at what price, through what motion.
- Sit in on sales calls, and talk to customers, prospects, and churned accounts.
- Diagnose why the current motion is working or not, and design what to change.
- Work with the sales head on execution while owning the strategy end.
- Push back on the current playbook when the data says push back.
- Feed product and offering priorities from what you learn on the ground.
- Report directly to the CXO leadership team.

- Comfort with ambiguity — you’d rather have a hard question than a defined .
- Aggressive on outcomes — you want to see the number move, not manage a process.
- Founder DNA — willingness to own the outcome even when it is not clearly your job.
- Strong academic background from a top UG or PG institution — as a filter for horsepower, not as a badge.
- Prior experience where you owned an outcome rather than a task — as a founder, early-stage operator, or in a first-principles operating role.
