Shree Kedar Group is a Gujarat-based agro and food business with manufacturing facilities in Navsari, Himmatnagar and Nadiad, and a solid presence in pulses, sugar and agri raw materials. Our new Ahmedabad team runs the Group's agro commodity trading business and is building it on professional systems, clean data and disciplined execution.

Role Summary

Once a trade is closed, it has to be delivered: the right commodity, in the right quantity and quality, at the right place and time. This role owns that execution. You will oversee the whole supply chain behind our trades, coordinating with brokers, traders, suppliers, transporters, the CHA and customers until each contract is delivered and closed.

We are looking for a confident communicator who is comfortable on the phone all day, can solve problems on the ground, and keeps every party moving without losing track of the details.

Key Responsibilities

- Contract execution: Track every open contract from confirmation to final delivery; make sure lifting and delivery happen as per agreed quantity, quality, schedule and terms.
- Supply chain coordination: Act as the single point of contact between brokers, traders, suppliers and customers on delivery schedules, dispatch instructions and changes.
- Logistics planning: Arrange trucks and transporters, plan dispatches, negotiate freight, and track vehicles in transit through to unloading.
- CHA warehousing & cargo movement: Coordinate with the CHA on warehousing, inward and outward of cargo, weighment and loading/unloading; make sure records match actual cargo movement.
- Quality & weight checks: Coordinate sampling, surveyor and lab checks; resolve quality,



weight shortage and claim issues with suppliers and customers.
- Documentation: Make sure dispatch documents are complete and accurate (invoices, e-way bills, lorry receipts, weighment slips, delivery challans, GRNs) and passed to accounts on time.
- Import cargo movement: For imported cargo, coordinate with the CHA and transporters on port pickup, delivery to customers, and container/demurrage timelines.
- Reporting: Share daily status on pending deliveries, vehicles in transit, delays and issues with the trading desk and management.

Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in any discipline; a degree or diploma in supply chain, logistics or agri business is an advantage.
- Experience: 2-5 years in commodity trading operations, logistics, dispatch or supply chain, ideally with agri commodities (pulses, grains, sugar, etc.).

Skills Required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Gujarati and Hindi; working English for emails and reports.
- Understanding of agri commodity trade practices: contracts, brokers, quality parameters, weight and quality claims.
- Knowledge of road logistics, freight markets, e-way bills and GST dispatch documentation.
- Problem solver who stays calm under pressure and follows up until the job is done.
- Organised, with good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and WhatsApp-based coordination.
- Willingness to travel to ports, CHA warehouses, mandis and customer sites when needed.
