TOUR MANAGER / TOUR COORDINATOR

Travel Point Services is looking for enthusiastic and responsible Tour Managers / Tour Coordinators to manage our tours and ensure smooth execution of the itinerary and arrangements.

Job Role The Tour Manager will accompany tours whenever assigned and will be responsible for managing the tour as per the given itinerary, schedule and arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate the complete tour as per the provided itinerary.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, local guides and other service providers.
- Ensure smooth execution of sightseeing, meals, transfers and other tour arrangements.
- Coordinate with tour participants and assist them throughout the journey.
- Handle day-to-day tour coordination and resolve routine issues during the tour.
- Maintain proper communication with the Travel Point Services office.
- Ensure guests follow the planned schedule and tour instructions.
- Represent Travel Point Services professionally throughout the tour.

- Experienced Tour Managers are welcome to apply.
- Freshers are also welcome.
- Freshers will initially be given an chance on an internship / training basis. Based on their performance, responsibility, communication skills and ability to manage tours,



they may subsequently be considered for regular Tour Manager assignments.

Work & Payment Structure

This is tour-based work.

- There is no fixed monthly salary for this role.
- Work will be assigned only when tours are scheduled and when a Tour Manager is required.
- Payment will be provided as a per-day tour allowance / agreed daily remuneration for the actual number of days you are assigned on a tour.
- For example, if a tour is for 5 days and you are assigned for the complete tour, payment will be applicable for those 5 tour days as per the agreed terms.
- Payment/allowance will be discussed and finalized before the tour assignment.

Preferred Skills

- Good communication and people-management skills.
- Responsible, punctual and disciplined.
- Ability to coordinate multiple arrangements at the same time.
- Basic knowledge of travel and tourism is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel with groups.
- Ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and professionally.
- Marathi/Hindi communication is preferred; knowledge of English will be an advantage.
